So the wait is over and this weekend Josephine Avenue will come alive with a feast of fantastic art and some fascinating exhibitors to meet.
Artists will be exhibiting an amazing selection of work along the length of the pavements using the railings on both sides of road as an open air gallery. It is a fantastic opportunity for visitors to see original pieces, talk to artists face to face, and learn the creative processes that created them.
This well established event provides:
• Affordable and credible exhibition space for new and established artists.
• A creative showcase for South London artists.
• Fund raising for local causes which this year are Holy Trinity School, Jubilee Primary School, Southside Rehabilitation project and the Anchor Group, all of whom will receive a percentage of the sales made during the weekend.
